The 2021 tax certificates are now available on all our digital platforms. This electronic copy of your tax certificate is recognised by the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Once you have downloaded your tax certificate, you can view it by using the main member's ID number or passport number.

To download your tax certificate:

Bonitas Member App:

Click on the link https://bit.ly/3dW3O0p or visit the App Store/Google Play Store to download the Bonitas Member App:

- Click on Medical Aid, then Document Library, then Tax Certificate, select Year and Month.

Bonitas WhatsApp:

Click on the following link https://wa.me/27600702491 or add our WhatsApp number, 0600702491, to your contacts:

You can then type 'Hi' to start the conversation:

- Select Option 1 (Member Self Service), then Option 2 (Tax Certificate),enter your membership number, then your dependant code and enter the OTP code received via SMS.

Bonitas Member Portal:

Log in to the Member Zone at www.bonitas.co.za (Click on 'Already a Member' then log in or register):

- Once you've logged in, click on the Menu field on the top right (Rectangular block under the search bar), then click on the Documents dropdown, tap on Documents , then click on the Tax Certificate dropdown to view and download your tax certificate.

IVR:

Call us on 0860002108 and select the self-help option to request your tax certificate. Once you've done the request, your tax certificate will be emailed to the email address we have on record for you within 24 hours.
